As a partner in the firm's Environmental and Natural Resources Practice Group, Jennifer concentrates her practice on all areas of environmental and natural resources law, including advising and counseling clients on regulatory requirements, permitting, transactional issues, and enforcement matters. Jennifer also regularly represents the interests of businesses in federal and state court litigation.
