The Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emergency Rule, once effective, will temporarily amend 326 IAC 2-2-1, 326 IAC 2-2-4, and 326 IAC 2-7-1 concerning the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and Title V permitting programs. The Indiana Court of Appeals implied that the appointment of a level II Parenting Coordinator does not require the consent of the parents. In Paternity of C.H.; K.L. v. M.H., the mother and father lived together in 2005. Late that year, the mother gave birth to the couple’s child. The couple’s relationship was turbulent, and they eventually separated. Even non-union employers should be careful about how they respond to employee Facebook or other social networking posts. The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) recently announced that it will pursue American Medical Response of Connecticut (American Medical) for allegedly firing an employee after she criticized her supervisor on Facebook. This is the first time that the NLRB will argue that employees’ social networking may be a protected activity when it relates to criticisms of employers.

The Indiana Court of Appeals found that a father who voluntarily left employment to become a full time student is still liable for child support payments in the amount determined when he was employed. In the case of J.M. v. D.A., the parents of two children divorced in 2003, and the father was ordered to pay child support. In 2008, the father petitioned to modify his child support payment ...

On October 23, Bingham Greenebaum Doll had the pleasure of sponsoring the Asian American Alliance’s Race for All Races. In addition to sponsorship, we also participated in the race by bringing a team of participants. Members of Bingham Greenebaum Doll's 43-person team are pictured below. This was a great way for Bingham Greenebaum Doll and other organizations in Indianapolis to show their support of the growing diversity in our community. I would encourage anyone to participate next year.
