Bingham Greenebaum Doll Foundation Donates Vacuums to Coburn Place
Posted in General

The Bingham Greenebaum Doll Foundation, Inc., established by the firm to help provide funding to worthy causes, recently made a donation to Coburn Place Safe Haven that enabled the organization to purchase 15 vacuum cleaners.

Coburn Place, an Indianapolis nonprofit that provides safe and affordable housing and support services to homeless women and children trying to escape domestic abuse, has 35 residences, but until now, was not able to provide vacuum cleaners for the units. The vacuums, though a common household appliance that most of us take for granted, are another small way that Coburn Place can help its residents lead normal lives, gain pride and keep their apartments clean and safe for their children.

The drive for funding the project was spearheaded by Women’s Forum Co-Chair Kandi Hidde and member Meaghan Klem Haller. Both Kandi and Meaghan are active with Coburn Place – Kandi is on the board and Meaghan is on the Development & Marketing and Blue Breakfast Committees – and inspired many members of the Women’s Forum and other attorneys of the firm to participate in the project. Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP and the Women’s Forum are proud to support Coburn Place through the Bingham Greenebaum Doll Foundation, and we thank Meaghan and Kandi for their dedication to our community!
