Bingham Greenebaum Doll Welcomes Economic Development Officials from China

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP was pleased to welcome a delegation from the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China Investment Promotion Agency (MOFCOM-CIPA) to our Indianapolis office on Thursday, July 26. The delegation’s visit to Indiana was coordinated through the office of Global Business Engagement at Purdue University and Mark Van Fleet, Director.

The delegation is visiting New York, San Francisco and Indiana to assess best U.S. investment opportunities for Chinese business. The 20 Chinese delegates gathered at our office Thursday for a day-long program to hear from several local leaders in the economic, legal, agricultural and manufacturing industries. Presenters included representatives from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), Energy Systems Network, BioCrossroads, the Indiana Department of Agriculture and Duke Energy.

Later that evening, I was honored to take part in the reception and dinner at the Skyline Club in honor of the delegation’s visit to Indianapolis.
