Corporate Services Associate
Bingham Greenebaum Dollis is seeking a highly motivated mid-level Corporate Services Associate in our Louisville office. The successful candidate will work in one of the premier Corporate Services practices in the Midwest on interesting and sophisticated matters from commencement to final resolution. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, hardworking, an excellent writer, thoughtful, driven, and personable. The person hired for this position will be part of a dedicated team.
Qualified candidates will have outstanding academic credentials and three to five years of M&A, Commercial, or Financial transactions experience in a large regional or national law firm. Ideal candidates will have experience handling merger & acquisition transactions and corporate finance, private equity and other business transactions. Preferred candidates will also have experience with syndicated finance and asset based lending.
Recommended credentials include the following:
- 4-6 years of corporate services experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills
- Commitment to team work and client service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate advice to clients and colleagues clearly
- Strong analytical skills and can offer unique perspectives on complex issues
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Kentucky
