JOB OPENING: Merger & Acquisitions Associate

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is seeking a Corporate & Transactional Associate in Indianapolis, IN. The successful candidate will work in one of the premier Corporate and Transactional practices in the Midwest on interesting and challenging merger and acquisition matters. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, hardworking, thoughtful, driven, and personable.

Recommended credentials include the following:

  • 4-6 years of corporate merger & acquisition experience
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana
