Firm History

Indianapolis-based Bingham McHale LLP and Louisville-based Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC merged on January 2, 2012, to form the regional law firm of Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP.

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is a business law firm providing transactional, litigation and government services to clients across a variety of industries and business sectors. The firm also provides estate planning and other services to individuals and non-profits. BGD has served the legal and business needs of regional, national and international clients for more than a century. Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP has nearly 200 attorneys with locations in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio.
