Firm Client Current Blend, Inc. Will Open Collaborative Workspace Next Month in Huntingburg

Wednesday, April 15, 2015 9:00 am

Current Blend, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating new business and attracting talent to the region, will be opening the county’s first co-working collaborative workspace in May. This co-working space is the first step by local established entrepreneurs, business owners and community leaders to ignite local entrepreneurship and support established businesses.

Firm attorney William J. Kaiser, Jr. and others assisted in the formation and advised the Board of Current Blend in connection with the organization and lease of the new co-working space in Dubois County. BGD's Eric J. Schue is also assisting with future membership programming and Current Blend’s mentoring programs for young entrepreneurs.

Current Blend will feature a beautifully designed space with modern, open-concept furniture through a partnership with OFS Brands and the Menke family. Members will have 24-hour secure access to work, meet and collaborate in the historic Parker House. The space will feature high speed Wi-Fi, a copier/printer/fax machine, presentation equipment, meeting spaces and bottomless cups of Indiana-roasted coffee.

Additional information about the collaborative workspace is available here on the Inside INdiana Business website. An artist’s rendering of the collaborative workspace is available here on the Dubois County Herald website.

BGD serves as General Counsel to Dubois Strong.
