14th Biennial Employment Law Institute
Employment law has evolved from a relatively narrow specialty to a pervasive concern for all attorneys in all practice areas. Join BGD attorneys Wendy Bryant Becker and Blaine R. Blood at the 14th Biennial Employment Law Institute to receive updates on current issues and the latest developments in employment law. Presentations from both plaintiff and defense viewpoints will combine traditional topics with emerging problem areas for a balanced program.
Becker’s presentation entitled “Employee Privacy in an Internet Age” will be from 9-10 a.m. on June 5, 2014. Blood will present “Contingent Workers and Independent Contractors: Employers Beware” at 11:45 a.m. the same day.
