2012 29th Annual Carl A. Warns, Jr. Labor & Employment Law Institute
Phil Eschels will be presenting: "Ethics & Professionalism: Exploring the Boundary Between Zealous Advocacy and Lawyer Misconduct" on Friday, June 22, 2012 at the 29th Annual Carl A. Warns, Jr. Labor & Employment Law Institute.
CLE Credit: The Institute will provide 13.5 hours of CLE credit from the Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana Bar Associations, including two (2) hours satisfying the Kentucky ethics requirement. This program has also been approved for 13.5 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute. Participants wishing certification of their attendance for other states should submit all required forms and instructions.
Registration Fee: The registration fee is $395. A ten percent discount will be granted to all law firms or organizations registering two or more persons before May 1, 2012. This fee includes presentation materials, continental breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and a list of all participants.
Cancellations and Refunds: Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after June 15, 2012.
