2016 All-Ohio Legal Forum
Join Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP attorney Daniel J. Donnellon at the All-Ohio Legal Forum presented by the Ohio Bar Liability and Insurance Company at the Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, on April 27-29, 2016.
Dan will present the “Introducing Your Case: Strategies for an Impactful and Effective Opening Statement” session, focusing on exploring methods to craft and deliver an excellent and memorable opening statement during a trial. Dan is the Managing Attorney of Cincinnati office. His areas of practice include business, civil, and intellectual property litigation. He has devoted nearly 30 years of his practice to trial work concentrating on complex business and product liability actions. Donnellon is the author of Ohio’s leading treatise on Civil Injunctions and taught Advanced Trial Advocacy at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. In 2013, he received an award for Outstanding Teaching Excellence from the law school Alumni Association.
