2016 Midwinter Meeting of the Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee of the American Bar Association

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP attorney will be presenting at the 2016 Midwinter Meeting of the Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law in Puerto Rico on Feb. 17-19, 2016. This committee has jurisdiction over certain statutes administered, or formerly administered, by the United States Department of Labor.

As part of the second year of her ABA Labor & Employment Young Lawyers Division Fellowship Program, she will again co-present the 2016 Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) Annual Report for the American Bar Association on Thursday, February 18. She is a contributing author to the annual report that covers all 2015 ADEA decisions from the Circuit Courts of Appeals and provides key facts, holdings and insights. The full report is expected to be published on the ABA website following the presentation.

The ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law represents all perspectives of labor and employment law and is committed to a balanced discussion of employment issues in the United States and abroad.
