20th Annual Wine, Beer & Spirits Law Conference

Join Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP Beverage Alcohol Team Co-Leader Jeffrey A. McKenzie at the “20th Annual Wine, Beer & Spirits Law Conference” Sept. 17-18, 2015. This conference is the premier event for many small and large beverage alcohol companies, along with federal and state regulators.

Session topics will include:

  • Demystifying the federal label rules for spirits;
  • Perspectives of state regulators around the country;
  • Complex legal issues surrounding cider;
  • Perspectives on producers wholesaling and retailing;
  • Brand building; and
  • Trademark and distributor issues.

McKenzie will present “Legal and Building Code Requirements” at 2:00 p.m. on September 17, which will focus on issues related to the premises of various facilities.

This conference has been approved for up to 14 Hours MCLE credit including 1 hour of ethics credit.
