37th Annual Judge Robert H. Staton Indiana Law Update
The annual ICLEF conference is widely respected and known as “one of the finest scholarly reviews of the substantive trends, changes and developments in Indiana Law across a diverse array of practice areas.” It will feature a variety of lectures on trending legal issues spanning from real estate to criminal law, presented by top authorities in Indiana.
James Reed will discuss family and juvenile law with Hon. Vicki L. Carmichael at 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 9. Kevin McGoff will discuss ethics with Charles M. Kidd at 9 a.m. on Sept. 10.
Conference participants have the opportunity to earn 6.0 CLE Credits, 1.0 Ethics Credit, and to satisfy all 12 hours of a Provisional and Foreign License CLE. This year, the conference will feature live group webcasts in Fort Wayne, Michigan City, Muncie and Indianapolis. Live and replay individual webcasts will also be available through the ICLEF website.
