American Bankruptcy Institute’s 31st Annual Spring Meeting
Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP partner Chip Bowles will be speaking at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 31st Annual Spring Meeting on April 18-21, 2013. He will be presenting on the topics of consumer bankruptcy and ethics and professional compensation. The discussion will touch on the complex requirements and ethical duties of representing Chapter 11 and/or Chapter 13 consumer debtors.
