DTCI 22nd Annual Conference & Meeting

Join Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP partners Margaret Christensen and Karl Mulvaney at the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana (DTCI) 22nd Annual Conference & Meeting on Nov. 19-20. This conference, for DTCI members only, serves as the annual meeting of membership.

Topics include:

  • Health Care;
  • Employment Law – Worker’s Compensation;
  • Product Liability;
  • Ethics;
  • Trial Tactics; and
  • Diversity.

Alongside a panel of judges and court personnel, Christensen and Mulvaney will present on Nov. 19 during the Business Litigation breakout session, “A Primer on Public Filings in Indiana Courts of Confidential Information Under Seal: The Do’s and Don’ts from an In the Trenches Perspective,” which includes a discussion on the Revised Administrative Rule 9 (g).

This conference has been approved for 12.0 CLE credits, including 3.0 Ethics and 2.0 CME.

The Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana is an association of Indiana lawyers who defend clients in civil litigation. Their primary mission is to assist and support members in the substantive and management aspects of their law practices. They provide a forum for members to associate and exchange ideas. They also advocate for members and their clients and provide a voice of reason in government, the courts, the legal profession, and the community at large.
