Mr. Brown, a member of Greenebaum's Corporate and Commercial Group and Chair of the International Team , will speak on recent developments in the laws and rules relating to antitrust and corporate liability.

Mr. Eaves, a member of Greenebaum's Intellectual Property Group, will speak on developments over the past year in the area of intellectual property, including copyright, trademark and patent law.

Philip C. Eschels

Mr. Eschels, a member of Greenebaum's Labor and Employment Group and Chair of the Covenants Not To Compete Team, will address recent Kentucky and Federal statutory amendments, the merits of utilizing covenants not to compete and will discuss the effects of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act on businesses that employ foreign workers.
