ICLEF Program – “CME for Family Mediators: Representing a Client in a Family Mediation”
Join Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP partner James Reed at ICLEF’s “CME for Family Mediators: Representing a Client in a Family Mediation” program. This program serves to provide mediators and attorneys alike with comprehensive information on how to properly walk clients through the mediation process, including how to present your dissolution of marriage or post decree case, financial considerations to take, and the biggest mistakes attorneys and mediators make in mediation.
Reed’s session entitled “Representing a Client in a Family Mediation: Concluding Mediation,” from 3:30-4:30 p.m., is set to close the day-long event and will discuss how to bring a mediation across the finish line. His session will emphasize that the route to a successful and satisfactory mediation starts at the initial client meeting, and educating the client about risks, rewards, cost, and understanding priorities is key.
ICLEF is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to providing high quality, live, interactive webcasts and on demand seminars to Indiana attorneys and attorneys around the world for continued legal education.
