Indiana Judges on Indiana Evidence
Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP attorney Margaret Christensen will serve as “defense counsel” at an upcoming ICLEF program, “Indiana Judges on Indiana Evidence,” on Tuesday, October 20. She will be among 12 of Indiana’s best litigators who will argue the toughest evidentiary issues before 8 Indiana judges.
The objections to be argued include: expert testimony, relevance, proper lay opinion, hearsay, tools for making the record, ethics and several others. Following each objection, the judges will vote whether to sustain or overrule the objection. Differences between judges will be highlighted and the audience is encouraged to ask questions about their decisions.
This unique event offers 6 CLE and 1.5 E credits for attendees.
