Kentucky Chamber of Commerce's Clean Air Act Seminar Sponsored by Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC (Lexington Session)

The air program continues to be a moving target with regulatory activity occurring at a rapid rate. This one-day air seminar will provide you with the latest information on current developments on key air issues at the federal, state and local levels (Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District – Louisville session only*). In addition to the hearing the latest news, time has been set aside to review permitting and registration for non-Title V sources, to provide guidance on estimating emissions including PM2.5 and greenhouse gas emissions, and to provide practical insight into monitoring and stack testing.
*This year’s course will not include a local level session in Lexington.

Editor’s Note: After our highly successful Environmental Conference in March of this year, we received follow up requests for more detailed information on the air program, as it relates to impacted Kentucky companies. To that end, we have designed this one-day seminar to add significantly more detail to the information provided previously. This seminar is designed for those who want more detailed information than can be provided in a multi-topic conference.
