Kentucky’s 24th Annual Governor’s Safety & Health Conference & Expo will be an exciting and educational event. The Conference and Expo will have something for everyone in safety and health professions. Pre-Conference courses, concurrent workshops and general sessions will focus on current issues and trends in workplace health and safety.

Todd B. Logsdon is an attorney in the Louisville office of the law firm of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald, PLLC.  Todd accrued many years of practical experience prior to beginning his legal career working in manufacturing with responsibilities for Human Resources and Safety.

Lori Barker Sullivan is Of Counsel with Greenebaum Doll & McDonald, PLLC.  She represents employers in all stages of occupational safety and health cases from the opening conference to the inspection on to litigation and appeal of decisions. 

Kelly Bartley practices at Greenebaum Doll & McDonald, PLLC.  She is involved with consulting and representing firm corporate clients with respect to state and federal environmental law compliance, permitting and litigation issues, including issues relating to air emissions, solid and hazardous waste, and wastewater treatment.

Scott Niswonger became the site manager for Dow Corning in San Martin, Mexico in 1995, and worked there for 3 years.  Since returning from Mexico, Scott has held various process engineering and commercial management roles for Dow Corning. He is currently the manager of the Dow Corning Carrollton Site, the largest industrial silicone plant in the world.

Bob Arnold is the Executive Director/CEO of the Kentucky Association of Counties.  He assumed the position in November 2000, having served as Commissioner of the Kentucky Department for Local Government. He has a vision for tomorrow, a vision of service, teamwork and dedication.  He has an innovative plan to build a stronger service-association to represent and serve Kentucky’s counties.

Persimmon Ridge Golf Club was ranked the #2 golf course in the state by Golf Digest (2001-2002). Persimmon Ridge features an 18 Hole Championship course nestled into the gently rolling hills of Kentucky. Renowned course designer Arthur Hills used the natural features of the land to create one of the nations most challenging and most beautiful golf experiences.
