Bingham Greenebaum Doll Partners Carolyn Clay Hall, Grant Clapacs and Sue Beesley will be featured presenters at Local Government Law from Start to Finish Training Class presented by NBI, Inc. in Indianapolis on September 24-25, 2015. The event, organized by the National Business Institute, will feature various lectures on local government law at the basic-to-intermediate level. Anyone from mayors to lawyers can benefit from attending this program.
On the first day of the seminar, Carolyn Clay Hall will speak on “Handling Essential Municipal Employment Concerns” and Sue Beesley will discuss “Public Records Requests Compliance in a Technological Age” and “Navigating Open Meeting Law Compliance Issues.” To open the second day, Grant Clapacs will present, “Public Contracts and Bidding - Avoiding Delays and Mitigating Liability.”
