Small Business & Entrepreneurial Connections Forum

11.19.2009

The Small Business & Entrepreneurial Connections Forum series was initiated in 2006.  These forums are held annually at no cost throughout the state, and provide information on federal, state, regional, and local programs as well as other services available to small business owners and entrepreneurs. In addition, the forums serve as an opportunity to solicit feedback from the small business community on the issues and concerns that are important to them, and connect with small business experts.

WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND:

  • You will learn about federal, state, and local organizations that provide financing, marketing, and other services to help your small business grow.
  • You will hear from a panel of local entrepreneurs about the challenges and successes of operating a small business.
  • You will discover the importance of having the best accounting, insurance, and legal resources you can afford to ensure your business against risk and liability.

There will also be procurement assistance professionals from Fort Knox and the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development. Additional information about the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development Small Business Services Division is available on the Cabinet's website at www.thinkkentucky.com/sbsd, then click on Small Business Support.
