Emerging Leaders: Nathan Seger Discusses Value of Philanthropy on Radio Segment
Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP attorney Nathan A. Seger was a recent guest on the WBDC radio segment Ty Hunter on the Morning Drive. Seger promoted Emerging Leaders, a local charitable giving organization to which he is a member. Seger described Emerging Leaders as a “giving circle”; the group is made up of young adults, ages 25-44, that pool funds to strengthen their communities. Concurrently, the group also increases their overall understanding and participation in philanthropy.
During his segment, Seger discussed the concept of a “giving circle” and how the pooling of charitable donations can make a bigger impact on local charities. He used the group’s donation to the Family Scholar House, a local Dubois County non-profit devoted to supporting single parents in local educational opportunities, last year as an example.
Ty Hunter on the Morning Drive airs every morning from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. on 100.9 WBDC Jasper, Indiana.
