Bingham Greenebaum Doll Names Managing Partners for Indianapolis, Louisville, Lexington and Cincinnati; Announces Management Committee

(Jan. 19, 2012) – Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP has named regional managing partners, including Mary E. Solada, Indianapolis; and Mark H. Oppenheimer, Louisville, Ky.; As was previously announced, the managing partners will serve on the firm’s management committee with W. Tobin McClamroch, Co-Chairman; Phillip D. Scott, Co-Chairman; and Dwayne C. Isaacs.

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP was recently formed by the merger of Bingham McHale LLP and Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC. Regional managing partners will identify ways to bring the resources of Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP to the firm’s clients in each market. The managing partners will also be responsible for leading the development of the firm’s attorneys in their respective markets.

The management committee will be responsible for creating the newly merged firm’s strategic vision, and will lead the firm’s attorneys in continually anticipating the needs of each business client, and helping each client meet those needs.

Bingham Greenebaum Doll expands regional presence with new offices in Evansville and Vincennes; adds two partners

(Jan. 2, 2012) – Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that Donald J. Fuchs and Bruce A. Smith have joined the firm as partners. Fuchs and Smith will work primarily from the Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP Evansville office. Smith will also practice from an additional Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP office in Vincennes, making it the second Vincennes location for the firm. The new offices will provide more space for the firm’s growing Southwestern Indiana practice.

Fuchs joins the firm’s Corporate and Transactional and Real Estate Departments. Smith joins the Litigation Department. The addition of Fuchs and Smith is part of the increased regional presence created through the merger, effective today, of Bingham McHale LLP and Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC to form the regional firm of Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP.
