Andrew Gruber Returns to Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick
Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP partner Andrew Gruber recently appeared as an “INsider” on Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick. Gruber, alongside fellow panel members Matt Will and Katie Culp, discussed a range of topics relevant to Indiana businesses, including the state’s largest jobs announcement of the year, the University of Notre Dame investment of $113 million in a major sustainability effort, the need for advanced manufacturing training, and much more.
Gruber began with his perspective on Subaru of Indiana Automotive adding 1,200 new jobs to its Lafayette hub:
“Any time you’re going to see a growth in the manufacturing area you realize those are the jobs that are going to create additional jobs. So this is not just 1,200 jobs for Subaru, in the long run, this is really going to grow that entire [Lafayette] area and support a lot of service businesses,” he said.
On the farm to fork movement in Indiana, Gruber says that firm client Green Bean Delivery is stepping up to the plate:
“[Green Bean is] vertically integrated all the way from the farm to your front door…It is a lot of information technology, a lot of behind the scenes work to get that product all the way through; and it’s a great business.”
