Attorney Carl Hayes elected partner at Bingham Greenebaum Doll
Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP, the result of a recent merger between Bingham McHale LLP and Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC, is pleased to announce that attorney Carl Hayes has been elected by the firm’s partnership to join their ranks. Hayes’ partnership with the firm became effective Jan. 1.

Hayes began his legal career with McTurnan & Turner in 2002. He continued with Bingham McHale LLP upon its merger with McTurnan & Turner in 2008, serving in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Hayes represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts in litigation involving commercial contract disputes, employment law, class action defense, regulated utilities, business torts and other areas of law.
Hayes is a graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, graduating summa cum laude. He began his education at Ball State University, graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Hayes also received a master’s degree in English from Butler University.
