Ignite Louisville is an award winning program presented by Norton Healthcare, now in its 11th year with a network of over 450 graduated alumni. The seven-month program grows mid-level professionals by developing the key components of leadership. In addition to the core curriculum of the program, the class participates in the Yum! IGNITES Louisville Challenge and takes on a project proposed by a local nonprofit to gain hands-on experience performing on a team and serving the community.
An attorney with Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP, Coughlin focuses her practice in the areas of intellectual property, privacy and data security. In addition to her professional leadership within the firm and through organizations such as the International Trademark Association and the American Health Lawyers Association, she is also passionate about serving the community. She graduated with a law degree from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2009.
