BGD Elects Three New Partners at Annual Partner Meeting

INDIANAPOLIS (February 20, 2018) – Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is proud to announce the election of three attorneys to the firm’s partnership. All were promoted from within the firm at the Annual Partners Meeting in Indianapolis on February 16, 2018.

"Our new partners have consistently demonstrated the ability to contribute creative and effective business solutions for our clients, and these elevations are well deserved,” said firm Managing Partner Tobin McClamroch. “Their addition to our partner ranks also reflects our continued support of services that will most benefit our clients and the communities we serve."

The firm extends sincere congratulations to the following newly elected partners:

Meaghan Klem Haller (Litigation - Indianapolis) describes herself as an “unapologetic advocate” who will be upfront and honest with clients and thoroughly prepared on the law and facts of her cases.  She focuses her practice on corporate governance disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, covenant not to compete litigation, and transportation and product liability defense.  She also has experience handling criminal defense and attorney discipline matters.

Michael J. Holtz (Corporate Services - Louisville) concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate and commercial matters like company formation, liquidation and economic incentives. He works closely with clients to develop compliance strategies, alcoholic beverage licensure, and assists with local, state, and federal regulatory matters for clients in the distilled spirits and restaurant industries.

Leslie M. Smith (Corporate Services - Indianapolis) focuses her practice on finance, corporate law and real estate. Leslie structures complex financing transactions on behalf of both borrowers and lenders and prepares all related documents. She also serves as outside general counsel for corporate clients handling a broad range of day-to-day legal matters, including service agreements, confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements and license agreements.  In her real estate practice, Leslie negotiates purchase agreements, leases, easements and other ancillary real estate documents.
