BGD Partner Matt Troyer Discusses the Indianapolis Startup Revolution in Indianapolis Monthly Magazine

02.05.2016

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP partner Matthew Troyer recently discussed his role in the city’s startup revolution in Indianapolis Monthly Magazine. According to the publication, Troyer works with startups to gain capital, grow their businesses, and ultimately sell. He is currently helping Indianapolis’ SteadyServ Technologies get their keg-weighing sensors into bars and breweries.

“The tech wave has created a huge opportunity for lawyers, accountants, and other service providers, if you know where to find clients,” he said. Troyer suggested starting with TechPoint and the Association for Corporate Growth to identify opportunities to expand your business.

Troyer counsels clients in numerous areas of corporate and real estate law. He routinely advises owners of, and executives within, privately held businesses on a wide range of matters and transactions as corporate counsel.
