INDIANAPOLIS, IN (August 8, 2017) — Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has welcomed three new attorneys in two office locations over the last few months. R. Clay Larkin has joined the firm in the Lexington office, while R. Matthew Neff and Grant Krevda are now with the Indianapolis office. While BGD plans to continue growing with new talent over the coming months, the firm is confident that these recent additions will further bolster our ability to provide our clients with valued legal service.

R. Clay Larkin has rejoined the firm as a Partner and member of the Corporate Services Department and Energy Practice Group. He will continue to build his practice from the Lexington office.

Recognized in the fields of Environmental and Energy & Natural Resources Law by Chambers and Super Lawyers magazine, Larkin has devoted a significant amount of his practice to the representation of energy clients in the coal, oil and gas, and electricity generation industries.

He also regularly represents clients in environmental litigation and compliance counseling matters under SMCRA, the Clean Water Act, and other environmental statutes, and also has experience in general litigation and transactional matters in the energy and natural resources field.

“Clay is an excellent attorney who has a great amount of experience with environmental litigation and natural resource transactions,” said Timothy W. Dunn, Office Managing Partner of the firm’s Lexington office. “We are very proud to welcome Clay back to the firm, and we know that he will be an invaluable resource for our clients in the manufacturing and natural resource sectors.”

Larkin received his undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University in 2004. In 2007, he earned his J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Kentucky.

R. Matthew Neff has joined the firm’s Corporate Services Department as Of Counsel. He will continue to expand his practice in the Indianapolis office.

“Matt’s experience in the healthcare and financial services sectors along with his leadership roles in insurance acquisitions, venture capital and diagnostic services has allowed him to gain a wealth of business knowledge which will enable our firm to provide greater insight for our clients that are looking to grow and enrich their businesses,” said William J. Kaiser Jr., co-chair of the Corporate Services Department.

Neff received his undergraduate degree from DePauw University in 1977. In 1980, he earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He also currently sits on the board of the Fairbanks Hospital and Addiction Treatment Centers.

Grant Krevda has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office in the Economic Development Department as an Associate. Krevda possesses key understanding of government and regulatory affairs and public policy advocacy. He has regularly represented clients in various healthcare matters, policy decisions, administrative litigation, legislative and executive branch initiatives, business strategies, and government affairs.

“Grant’s experience and knowledge of government and regulatory affairs will strengthen our ability to handle complex affairs for our clients and we are thrilled to have him aboard,” said Philip Sicuso, chair of the Economic Development Department.
