Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP Partner Carl Hayes Elected to Board of Directors
Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP partner Carl Hayes was recently appointed to serve on the Indiana Bar Foundation’s Board of Directors. Hayes is one of 16 attorneys who will make up the 2013-2014 Board of Directors. In recent years, Hayes has served on the IBF Fundraising Committee and on the Civics Education Advisory Committee.

The Indiana Bar Foundation is a charitable foundation dedicated to strengthening access to justice and appreciation for the rule of law in Indiana. To accomplish their mission, the foundation gathers and directs resources toward three main areas: assisting people who have difficulty accessing the justice system, providing civic education for Hoosiers of all ages and improving Indiana’s Judicial System and the legal profession.
Hayes concentrates his practice in the area of business litigation in federal and state trial courts. He represents clients in matters involving commercial contract disputes, employment law, class action defense, regulated utilities and a variety of other contract and business tort disputes.
Hayes is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, graduating summa cum laude. He began his education at Ball State University, graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Hayes also received a master’s degree in English from Butler University.
