Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP Welcomes Attorney Kelly D. Bartley Back to Lexington Office

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 5, 2015)- Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that experienced environmental attorney Kelly D. Bartley has rejoined the Environmental & Natural Resources practice group as Of Counsel. Kelly will continue her practice from the firm’s Lexington office. 

Kelly has fifteen years of experience advising utilities, municipalities, manufacturers and other businesses with respect to a broad range of Kentucky and federal environmental law compliance, permitting, and litigation issues, including issues relating to air pollutant emissions, solid and hazardous waste, wastewater treatment, renewable energy projects and brownfield redevelopment.

Kelly is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association, having served as past chair of the Natural Resources Law Section. She has been recognized as a Kentucky Super Lawyer Rising Star in the Environmental area and is ranked with Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.
