Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP Welcomes Attorney Timothy W. Dunn Back to Lexington Office
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Aug. 17, 2015)- Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Timothy W. Dunn has rejoined the Estate Planning practice group in the firm’s Lexington office. Tim’s practice is concentrated in the general areas of estate planning, small business planning, asset protection planning and estate and trust administration.
Tim regularly assists clients with the preparation of traditional estate planning documents such as Wills and various types of trust instruments, but a significant portion of his practice is also focused on the formation, restructure and transfer of closely-held businesses. Tim’s practice also involves the development and implementation of planning strategies which allow clients to transfer wealth in the most tax-efficient manner. In addition to his estate planning practice, Tim also represents fiduciaries in all aspects of estate and trust administration.

Tim practiced as an estate planning attorney in the firm’s Lexington office from 2008-2012, and was a member of the trusts and estates group at another large law firm in Lexington for the past three years.
Tim received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and VP of Finance for the Lexington Philharmonic Society. He also serves as a board member and Past President of the Lexington Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
