Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP Welcomes James R. Irving
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (June 24, 2014) - Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to welcome attorney James R. Irving to the firm’s Louisville office. James focuses his practice on bankruptcy matters and creditors’ rights, as well as commercial litigation.
James has experience representing debtors, creditors, committees, trustees and interested third parties in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, in addition to representing creditors in foreclosure proceedings and other litigation. James has also practiced commercial litigation with a broad range of experience in state and federal courts and before the American Arbitration Association.

James was the recipient of the Chicago Bar Association’s Exceptional Young Lawyer Award in 2013. His experience with matters of juvenile justice through his pro bono work has led to opportunities to teach CLEs and edit publications on the subject for the American Bar Association. Before joining BGD, James served as an associate at DLA Piper LLP.
