Bingham Greenebaum Doll Named Among Best Places to Work in Indiana

02.28.2012

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that Bingham McHale LLP, the legacy firm that merged with Louisville-based Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC in January, was recently named as one of the 2012 Best Places to Work in Indiana. The awards program was created in 2006 and is a project of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, BizVoice®, Inside INdiana Business, the Society for Human Resource Management - IN State Council, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and Best Companies Group.

“Our firm continues to be recognized among the Best Places to Work because we have great people who work together as a team to provide the best possible service for our clients,” said W. Tobin McClamroch, Co-Chairman of the firm. “I’m proud of our team, and I’m proud to see them recognized for making Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP a professional and enjoyable place to work.”

This statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Indiana, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses. Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Indiana. The first part, worth 25 percent of the total score, consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second part, worth 75 percent of the total score, consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determine the top companies and the final ranking.

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP will be recognized and honored at the 2012 Best Places to Work in Indiana Awards Dinner coordinated by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, May 3. The final rankings will be announced at the event. In addition, all ranked companies will be featured in the May-June issue of BizVoice® magazine and through Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick.
