Bingham Greenebaum Doll Offers Regulatory Seminar
Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP attorneys Brent R. Baughman, Blaine R. Blood, Bradley E. Dillon, Philip C. Eschels and William J. Kishman will be hosting a “2013 Regulatory Update” seminar in Louisville, Ky. on Feb. 21, 2013. The seminar will run from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
“Businesses have seen their regulatory obligations dramatically increase over the last four years,” said Eschels. “These regulations will likely continue changing throughout President Obama’s second term. Therefore, we want to share our regulatory knowledge and insights with businesses. The information presented during this seminar will assist businesses in their preparation for these changes.”
The seminar will cover the new and expanded protocol, guidelines and regulations from federal agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Securities and Exchange Commission. The effect these federal agencies will have on the healthcare, labor and employment, and environmental industries will be discussed in-depth. Following the seminar, a cocktail reception will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
