Bingham Greenebaum Doll Presents April 4, 1968: Before We Forgot How to Dream
Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is proud to present April 4, 1968: Before We Forgot How to Dream at the Indiana Repertory Theatre (IRT) Upperstage. As a part of the IRT’s Edge series, this World Premiere production from IRT playwright-in-residence James Still opens October 20 and runs through Nov. 15, 2015.
Asking the audience to consider the momentous event that took place in Indianapolis through a family’s eye, this play surrounds the historical events of April 4, 1968, including Bobby Kennedy’s famous speech on the night of Martin Luther King Jr.’s assassination. IRT recommends this production for 7th grade and up; those interested in the civil rights movement and modern American and Indiana history.
