Bingham Greenebaum Doll Welcomes Attorney Amy Kluesner
INDIANAPOLIS (May 9, 2014) – Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to welcome Amy L. Kluesner to the firm’s Indianapolis office. Kluesner joins the Corporate & Transactional practice group, where she will assist clients with general business advisory matters such as contract drafting, negotiation, business entity selection and formation, mergers and acquisitions.

Before BGD, Kluesner was a member of the Corporate Tax practice group at Ernst & Young LLP where she counseled Fortune 500 companies and numerous non-profit organizations, including hospitals and health systems, on matters related to state and federal tax compliance.
Kluesner received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in 2002 and her law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2011. As a law student, she served as Executive Articles Editor of the Journal of College and University Law and participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and Small Business Pro Bono Project. Kluesner is also an Adjunct Professor of ethics and moral issues at Marian University in Indianapolis.
