Bingham Greenebaum Doll Welcomes Attorney Bradley C. Arnett to Cincinnati Office

CINCINNATI (Oct. 26, 2015)—Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that experienced business and finance attorney Bradley C. Arnett has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Brad will continue to represent and advise municipal debt issuers, borrowers, lenders and other business clients from the Cincinnati office.

Brad’s practice in the area of public finance includes acting as bond counsel, borrower’s counsel and trustee’s counsel in various tax-exempt financing transactions. He also represents and advises clients in the preparation and filing of registration statements under the Securities Act of 1933, in reporting and compliance obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and in connection with raising capital through public and private offerings.

In addition, Brad has extensive experience representing and advising borrowers and lenders in other financing transactions, including revolving credit and term loan facilities, project financings and asset securitizations, as well as experience with stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and other commercial transactions. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Before entering private practice, Brad held various leadership positions in legal, finance, business development and strategy at Duke Energy Corporation. Brad received his undergraduate degree from Northern Kentucky University and his J.D. from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He currently serves on the advisory board of the Duke Energy Children's Museum and is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the American Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
