Bingham Greenebaum Doll Welcomes Attorney Caroline W. Kirk
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (June 9, 2015) – Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Caroline W. Kirk has joined the firm as an Associate and is now a member of the Corporate and Transactional practice group. She will continue to build her corporate law practice from the Louisville office.
Caroline focuses her practice on corporate and securities law and mergers and acquisitions. She is returning home to Kentucky after previously practicing with Baker & McKenzie LLP in New York City and most recently with Bass Berry & Sims PLC in Nashville.

Caroline received her law degree from the University of Kentucky and her B.S. in accounting and business administration from Washington & Lee University. She is licensed to practice in New York and Tennessee.
