Bingham Greenebaum Doll Welcomes Attorney K. Michael Gaerte
Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to welcome K. Michael Gaerte to the firm’s Indianapolis office. Gaerte joins the Litigation Practice Group and concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense at both the trial and appellate levels. His experience includes civil and health care litigation, as well as professional licensure defense cases and internal criminal corporate investigations into allegations of environmental and health care related criminal activity.

After receiving his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2001, Gaerte joined the law firm of Kiefer & McGoff. In 2004, Gaerte became a founding partner of Borland & Gaerte, P.C., where he practiced criminal defense for nine years prior to joining Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP.
Gaerte is involved with several state and local organizations and is an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, currently serving as a Criminal Justice Section Executive Committee Member. Additionally, Gaerte serves as a board member for Nine13 Sports, which seeks to promote cycling as a means to curb childhood obesity.
