Bingham Greenebaum Doll Welcomes Attorney Lawrence F. Derenge III
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Nov. 17, 2014)—Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to welcome attorney Lawrence F. Derenge III to the firm’s Louisville office and Tax and Finance practice group. Lawrence will continue to concentrate his practice in the areas of employee benefits, executive compensation, federal tax and tax controversies.

Prior to joining BGD, Lawrence was an associate for Dechert LLP, a law clerk for the Honorable Robert P. Ruwe of the United States Tax Court and an associate at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2003, Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2008 and New York University School of Law in 2010.
