Bingham Greenebaum Doll Welcomes Attorney Lisa Goddy
INDIANAPOLIS (Aug. 26, 2014) - Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to welcome Lisa B. Goddy to the firm’s Indianapolis office. She joins the Estate and Wealth Transfer practice group, where she will focus her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, special needs trusts and wealth transfer planning.

Lisa began her legal career in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with an estate planning boutique law firm. From 2004 to 2014, Lisa resided in Naples, Florida, where she practiced with another estate planning boutique firm in the areas of estate planning, probate, pre-marital and post-marital agreements, guardianships, elder law, special needs trusts, self-settled trusts and third party special needs trusts.
Lisa also has experience in advanced estate planning involving dynasty trusts, irrevocable trusts and charitable trusts.
Lisa received her undergraduate degree from the University of Indianapolis in 1996 and her law degree from the University of Dayton in 2001. She is licensed to practice in Indiana and Florida. In addition, she is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
