Bingham Greenebaum Doll Welcomes Attorney Michael J. Holtz
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (April 21, 2014) – Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is proud to welcome Michael J. Holtz to the firm’s Louisville office. Holtz will serve as a member of the Corporate & Transactional Practice Group and Health Care Team, focusing primarily on compliance issues and corporate governance.

Before joining BGD, Holtz served as the staff attorney for the Circuit Court of Jefferson County in Louisville, Ky. He also worked as a senior legal analyst for Altria Client Services Inc. in Washington, D.C., where he provided legal advice to government affairs clients on compliance with federal, state and local laws governing lobbying, campaign finance and government ethics.
Holtz received his undergraduate degree in Public Policy from Indiana University in 2005 and his law degree from American University Washington College of Law in 2010. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section and Health Law Section. In addition, he is an Administrative Law Review member.
