Bingham Greenebaum Doll Welcomes Attorney Michael T. Griffiths
INDIANAPOLIS (May 8, 2015)—Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that experienced energy and utilities attorney Michael T. Griffiths has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office as Of Counsel and is now a member of the Economic Development practice group.
Michael has extensive experience with energy regulations at the federal and state level. He also has substantial experience in general corporate matters including contract, tax, intellectual property and other transactional issues. He previously served as in-house counsel for Proliance Energy.

Michael graduated from Purdue University Krannert School of Management with a bachelor’s degree in 2003. He earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2006; as a law student, Michael made Order of Barristers in the Spring 2005 Moot Court Competition.
In addition, Michael served as an Indianapolis Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Executive Committee member from 2011-2014, also serving as vice chair from 2012-2013. He is also a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Bar Leader Series Class IX. Michael currently serves as the Indiana State Bar Association Utility Law Section Gas Division Chair; he has been a member of the Section since 2008 and has served as a Section council member since 2013.
Michael is licensed to practice in Indiana and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
