Bingham Greenebaum Doll Welcomes Attorney Young-Eun Park

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 6, 2015) - Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Young-Eun Park has joined the firm as an Associate and is now a member of the Litigation practice group. She will continue to build her business law practice from the Lexington office.

Young-Eun focuses her practice on litigation involving business, employment, tort, insurance, and fiduciary/estate disputes. She was the Notes Editor for the University of Kentucky College Of Law’s Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law; her article, “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Hunting and Fishing: The Implications of Kentucky's "Right to Hunt" Constitutional Amendment” was published in the Journal this past spring.

“We are excited to welcome Young-Eun to our Lexington office,” said John K. Bush, co-chair of the firm’s Litigation practice group. “Her experience with a variety of litigation matters will further strengthen our abilities to meet the growing and varied needs of our clients. She will make a great addition to our team.”

In addition to her legal career, Young-Eun uses her passion for teaching and language skills for the betterment of the community. In 2015, she taught citizenship classes and assisted clients on issues involving visas, permanent residency, naturalization and interpretation of documents while working at the Maxwell Street Legal Clinic, a program of the Kentucky Equal Justice Center; work that she continues now doing pro bono work with them. She also taught English full-time for second language learners, Spanish I, and Spanish for Heritage Speakers from 2009 to 2012 in Denver Public Schools.

Young-Eun earned her undergraduate degree in Spanish and English from Grinnell College in 2009. She then received her Professional Teaching License from the Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2011. In 2015, she earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. While attending the University of Kentucky, she also was a member of Honor Council, Faculty Scholarship Committee and Trial Advocacy Board. She is licensed to practice in Kentucky.
