Bingham Greenebaum Doll Welcomes New Attorney Julianna M. Plawecki
Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to welcome Julianna M. Plawecki to the firm’s Indianapolis office. Plawecki joins the firm’s Corporate and Transactional Practice Group, focusing her practice on strategic planning, litigation assessment and avoidance for businesses, contract negotiation and drafting, and general business advisory matters. She brings with her nearly a decade of legal experience.

Plawecki has represented clients in a wide variety of business and commercial matters, including claims involving products liability, consumer fraud, negligence, contract disputes, trade secrets, and an insurer's duty to defend and indemnify. She has litigated in federal and state courts, both trial and appellate, in Indiana and across the country.
Plawecki began her legal career as a judicial clerk for Chief Justice Randall T. Shepard of the Indiana Supreme Court. After completing this clerkship, Plawecki joined the law firm of McTurnan & Turner as an associate, which she then followed with six years at Ice Miller LLP as a senior associate before joining Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP.
Plawecki is involved in several state and local organizations, particularly those serving individuals who have become victims of domestic violence. She currently serves as the president of the board for the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence, and serves as chair for the organization’s Resource Development and Public Relations Committee.
