Bingham Greenebaum Doll Welcomes Three Attorneys to Louisville Office

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 9, 2015) - Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that three attorneys have joined the firm’s Louisville office as Associates, pending passage of the Kentucky Bar Examination. This expansion of the Louisville office through talent acquisition will allow the firm to continue to tailor its capabilities to the regional market while remaining steadfast in its commitment to client service excellence.

Oppenheimer, managing partner of the Louisville office. “Ramping up our recruiting efforts to attract top talent in Louisville and the surrounding areas will ensure the continued success of both our firm and our clients. Ashley, Jane and Dillon are very talented additions to the BGD team.”

Ashley D. Clay assists with basic planning, sophisticated tax planning, complex trust termination, probate and trust administration, and business succession planning. She earned her undergraduate degree the University of Louisville in 2012, where she graduated summa cum laude. She then earned her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2015. Following her graduation from U of L and prior to attending law school, Ashley worked as a legal secretary for Catholic Health Initiatives. In her final year at Georgetown she served as a Student Attorney for the Georgetown Justice Clinic.

Jane Feist assists with a variety of matters involving corporate transactional, health care, health insurance, and intellectual property matters. Jane earned her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2015, after receiving her undergraduate degree from Centre College in 2011. Jane excelled as a law student, earning the Hugo L. Black Scholar Award, the William B. Moore Award, and serving as Editor of the Alabama Law Review. In 2013, she served as a law clerk at both the Tennessee and Alabama Attorney General’s Offices. She is fluent in Spanish.

Dillon S. Nichols assists with numerous matters involving business law, and also has experience in international corporate and tax law cases. Dillon earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California in 2008, where he graduated magna cum laude. He then earned his M.A. in diplomacy and international commerce in 2013 from the Patterson School at the University of Kentucky. In 2015, he earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky and received the Book Award for Professional Responsibility. Dillon was the Executive Publisher of the University of Kentucky’s Ex-Patt Magazine, specializing in international affairs. He was also the Executive Development Editor for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture & Natural Resources Law. Dillon is fluent in Spanish.

In 2014, all three of the new attorneys worked as Summer Associates in the firm’s Louisville office. Jane and Dillon are licensed to practice in Kentucky. Additional information about their individual practices can be found on the firm’s website.
