Bingham McHale Attorneys Adams, Dutton and Landreth Named Distinguished Fellows by Indianapolis Bar Foundation
Bingham McHale LLP is pleased to announce that partner David A. Adams, attorney Kristin P. Dutton and partner Shannon D. Landreth have been named Distinguished Fellows by the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. Adams, Dutton and Landreth were named Distinguished Fellows for their contributions to the profession and the community.

David A. Adams focuses his practice on all aspects of real estate development, investment, acquisitions, sales, leasing and financing, including retail, multi-family, office, industrial and health care projects. He represents banks and lending institutions, developers, landlords, tenants and other business owners. He is a graduate of the Indianapolis Bar Association Bar Leader Series and serves on the Indiana State Bar Association Young Lawyers Section Council.
Kristin P. Dutton focuses her practice on advising businesses and their owners in merger and acquisition transactions and general business matters, such as entity selection and formation, stockholder issues, contract drafting and review, and minority and women-owned business certification. She also advises manufacturers on export law. Dutton works closely with her clients to identify and implement methods to meet their business goals. She serves on the membership committee of the National Association of Women Business Owners Indianapolis chapter and is a member of the Bingham McHale Women’s Forum.
Shannon D. Landreth focuses her practice on business litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts. She handles a variety of litigation matters, including contract and business tort disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, utility regulation, restraint of trade and antitrust litigation, defending class actions, defending lawyers, and employment, covenant not to compete and trade secret matters. Landreth is a graduate of the Indianapolis Bar Association Bar Leader Series and is a member of the Bingham McHale Women’s Forum.
